Rent prices start at $450.00 per month. There is
an initial holding deposit of $350.00 and the
remainder of the security deposit (to equal an
equivalent of one month’s rent) must be paid
prior to the actual move-in date. The security
deposit is refundable upon termination of the
lease, provided there are no deductions for
damages and cleaning.

and a one-time nonrefundable payment of $150
- One
year lease required and parental signature required for student
leasing (6 mo. leases are allowed in some cases for an extra
fee.)
- Parking
ranges from 2½ to 3½ spaces per apartment plus 4 auxiliary parking
areas (a total of 40 spaces) for guests, boats, etc.
- Utilities
are not furnished. Pest control is provided on a monthly basis
by apartment owner.
- Some
apartments have patios, some have wooden privacy fences, some
have 8' brick walls, and some have decks.
- We
accept pets depending on size and breed of animal. An extra fee
applies if we accept the pet.
- Rent
is due and payable in full on the first of each month. A penalty
of 10% will be imposed thereafter.
- Apartments
are located on Park Circle, Park Circle Place, Helen Circle, Garrard
Road, Gillespie Street, Greensboro, and Logan Drive approximately 2 miles
from Mississippi State University.
